Braden had a good night

Post operation has gone very well for our little guy. They have dropped some of the blood pressure meds already because his heart is working at a higher than expected level for being so soon after the damage of the surgery. They have also dropped the level of the breathing tube a bit, because he is doing some of the breathing on his own.

He has to just keep fighting through today and tomorrow and doctors say then he is out of the high risk post-op zone.

Today is his 1 week birthday, what a first week, huh?

I will post a few more times throughout the day.

Hi to all at HHS also on their first day of school, trust me I wish I was there and everything was normal in life again.

Thanks,
Rich

Happy 1st week birthday, Braden! Once again, Braden has proved that he is a fighter and so strong, less than 24 hours after major surgery, plus being just a week old. We all need to take lessons from him. Plus Braden is so lucky to have such a great support team. We are thinking about you all each and every minute of the day. Thanks for giving us those great updates. Uncle Lar keeps calling me from the job and asking me for the updates.
Love,
Uncle Lar, Aunt Gooch, Katie & Tim

What a blessing Braden is. He is a role model for us all. He shows us to keep fighting no matter what. It is amazing to me that such a small physical body can have such a hugh spirit. I am thinking and praying for you all daily.

Thank you for taking time out to keep us posted.

Love and prayers,
Pat
